What better way to celebrate the new year than a game of bowling with the girls. I managed to win being the class act and Beca was beaten by Catrin that made her very upset. I think she follows after me with her competitiveness. I asked if she enjoyed and she replied I would have had I won !!!!

Well how better to get over Christmas Day than spending it running. The race was sponsored by Buff and Beca got one as soon as she picked it her number. When the summer comes what better opportunity than to get the girls out on the bikes. Hopefully they’ll grow to love the bikes and compete like their Dad. I can only hope !!! We do a local loop of the area , approx 8km but i’ve never measured it on the Garmin (okay just don’t tell Del). For the summer we decided to go to pembrokshire for a holiday. We stay at my mothers family farm in St Davids. It provided a perfect camp for pembrokshire triathlon. I managed a few session and got use to the sea with the girls. Below is a picture of me and Beca.
