Rob Wilson was once again in action at the weekend as he took to the start line of Ironman Wales.
Tackling the elements and the epic race distance of 1.2 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile full marathon run Wilson built on a strong swim and bike to cross the line in a superb time of 10:34:27.

I arrived at the race looking to achieve a sub 60. The record had to go and I knew after my last attempt that I could manage the time. However, the weather wasn’t looking good. I managed a time of 35:40 (Chip Time) and came home in 17th...

The duathlon event comprised of a 10km run, 40km cycle and 5km run completed with transitions between each section. The bike course followed the loop around Arthur’s Seat which is a significantly long climb, with a steep and technical decent. The...

We started our trip to Worthing with a extra hour stuck on the M25. When we arrived at Worthing we did a quick investigation of the area. As I had already booked a table at fishworks for 7pm I registered early to enable me to get another valued 20 mins in bed on Sunday morning. our meal was fantastic and Delyth and I shared a fish platter that was great value for money. The children also had...
