Well I completed the 2nd race today and shave a massive 2 seconds from my time. Although the conditions were not great for racing and the weather was overcast. Within the bike section we had some hail stones. I even managed to fall off my bike on coming out of T1. Think I should do some practicing to improve that. Well, I’ve now completed my first Duathlon. The event was the Big Cow Winter Duathlon 1 (4.5km run/16km bike/4.2km run) at Milton Keynes. It was a nice day and some fellow FVS team members also competed. I took the first run easy and found the cycle very technical and have some work to do for my next duathlon in the end of March. It was a very well organised event and the weather helped....
