Welcome to Steffan Ford homepage incoporating the Ford Family. I'm a Triathlete who competes for Team Trisports and takes my family to every event"
Hi, I’m Steffan Ford a Dad a budding Triathlete and a techie! Triathlon (Swim, Bike and Run) is one of my loves and I compete for Team Trisports formerly FVS Tri. I’m a proud father and a happy husband to Delyth Ford, we met each other at UWCC in a maths society quiz night. (Well that’s got rid of 80% of visitors). We then moved to wigan in ’97 where we had the 1st experience of living together. In ’99 we become residents of Hertfordshire, England! We got married in 2001 and Beca joined us at 9:03am on 15th September 2004 then our little monkey, Catrin joined us 1:50am on the 29th April 2008. Then in September 2008 I completed my first triathlon at Northampton.
THE ROAD TO STEVENAGE…
We both started our journey in Wales. Delyth comes from Ruthin a town in North Wales and I (Steffan) come from the Capital City of Wales, Cardiff. We started our journey together at Cardiff, Cymru, where we both graduated in Maths. However, Delyth took a year out to work for Tidy Britain Group . Whilst Delyth was in Wigan, I moved to Wigan to be with her and worked for Seven Worldwide in Manchester. When Delyth went back to Cardiff to finish her degree I was given the opportunity to work in London, so I moved to Hertfordshire and Del joined me shortly afterwards after she had finished her degree. I now work in IT in the Banking Sector and Del works in Stats for the NHS.
